Lieutenant Colonel David Whimpenny (Retired) and his lovely wife, Christine, are pictured at Windsor Castle following David’s OBE presentation by The Princess Royal.
David was awarded the OBE ‘For Voluntary Service’. He served as a Trustee at the Royal British Legion for 9 years, and Chair at the National Memorial Arboretum for 8 years.
David and Christine are both members and staunch supporters of our Association and we are delighted that David is now on our board of Trustees.
